Episode Transcript
[00:00:05] Speaker A: Go, Gaia. It's your birthday. We're gonna pause.
[00:00:08] Speaker B: No, no, no, no, no. I'm gonna stop you there, Jaron.
[00:00:11] Speaker A: All right.
[00:00:12] Speaker B: We said we weren't gonna do that, but you are, right. There's something to celebrate. Earth Day is around the corner, and we've got something special in store for our listeners.
[00:00:20] Speaker A: That's right. You may have listened to our Wrong Direction miniseries last year where we talked about investments in energy infrastructure from the federal government in things like liquefied natural gas, carbon capture and hydrogen, among a few others.
[00:00:35] Speaker B: And we felt like we spent a lot of time talking about what we don't want to see, but not enough time talking about the things that we do want. And that's what this Right Direction miniseries is all about.
[00:00:45] Speaker A: And this time it truly is mini, only five episodes. So starting on April 14, we'll take a look at some technologies like solar, wind, geothermal, and heat pumps that you may have heard about.
[00:00:58] Speaker B: And we'll talk about what's going on with these technologies here in the US and how the ever changing political landscape impacts our ability to bring them to our communities.
[00:01:05] Speaker A: So even if you don't know a lot about these technologies, join us for the next few weeks, one more.
